DB Master Method Indoor Cycling Instructor Coaching Membership

1. Program Overview
The DB Master Method Indoor Cycling Instructor Membership (“Membership”) is a recurring subscription providing access to bi-weekly coaching drops, curated playlists, structured programming guidance, and community access.
Membership access includes the current active training library, which operates on a rolling 90-day model. Content beyond the active 90-day window may be removed or archived at the discretion of the Master Method Collective.
2. Subscription & Billing
By enrolling, you agree to a recurring subscription charge based on the plan selected at checkout (monthly or annual).
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
You authorize the Master Method Collective to charge your payment method on file for all recurring payments.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Upon cancellation:
- Access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle.
- Access to the Membership and all included content will be revoked at the end of the billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this Membership and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided within the Membership—including but not limited to playlists, coaching frameworks, programming structures, written materials, and video content—are the intellectual property of Daina Borgogni and the Master Method Collective.
Membership grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal professional use only.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell content
- Share access with non-members
- Record or redistribute proprietary materials
Unauthorized distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
6. Community Conduct
Members are expected to engage respectfully within the community.
Harassment, misuse, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the Membership without refund.
7. Modifications
Master Method Collective reserves the right to:
Update Membership structure
Adjust content offerings
Modify pricing for future membersUpdate these Terms as necessary
Founding Member pricing, where applicable, remains protected as outlined at the time of enrollment, provided the subscription remains active.
8. Limitation of Liability
Participation in indoor cycling instruction and related physical activity involves inherent risks.
Members assume full responsibility for their teaching practices and implementation of coaching materials.
Master Method Collective is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation or implementation of provided materials.
