This $799 payment is your 50% deposit (total: $1,597). A shared room for two — your own bed, always — with a private attached bath.

Your balance: the remaining $798 is due October 1, 2026. We'll email your payment link in late September — nothing is charged automatically, and no action is needed until then.

Refund policy: your deposit is fully refundable through September 21, 2026, and non-refundable after that date.

Your spot includes: three nights on a private two-house estate in the pines outside Broken Bow, Oklahoma · every meal from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast, including Saturday's Chef Night with Chef Michael Mansfield · all movement sessions, guided awe practices, and teaching sessions · the guided hike · the fireside sound bath with master yoga teacher Jean Marie Wilbert · your retreat journal and welcome gifts · full run of the property — pond, hot tubs, fire pits, pickleball court, and the woods themselves.

Not included: travel to Broken Bow (an easy three-hour drive from Dallas–Fort Worth — we'll help coordinate carpools).
